Mrs. Tara Denise Reese transitioned on September 7, 2021.

A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday, September 18 at 11:00 AM at the Paxon Revival Center Church, 5461 Commonwealth Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32254.

There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
