Funeral services for Officer Kenneth Mann will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Zarephath Apostolic Assemblies, 1028 E. 10th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. There will be a viewing at the mortuary on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 5-7pm. Family, friends and funeral officials will assemble at the church at 10:30 am.
Officer Mann was a life long resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the public schools in Duval County and he was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. Officer Mann was very involved with Young Life Ministries and he was a part of their staff for summer camp and community outreach. Officer Mann's journey in the workforce started with Comcast Communications and later with AT&T Communications. He has been on the staff at the Baker County Sheriff"s Office for the past 5 years.
Officer Mann is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Stephanie Mann; children: Kenneth Mann, Jr. (KJ), Marquise Mann, Stephanie Powell and Tyronica Powell; grandchildren: Leo Blake and Helena Mann; Siblings: Roland Hinkins, Michael Mann, Ulysses (Beverly) Mann, Cecil Cobb, Felton Mann, Alicia (Kent) Edwards, Janice (Michael) Simpson, Angie (Eric) Dancy, Karen Mann, Stephanie Mann, Tracey Taylor, Lisa Jordan, and Elizabeth (Reginal) Nora; special sisters: Sharon Luster and Deborah Jefferson; uncle, Edward Williams; aunts: Dollie Mae Mann, Virginia Butler, Julia McKennie and Joyce McKennie; god-brothers: Paul Garner and Brad Smart; best friends: Jermaine Mayhew and Stanley Harris; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, a number of other loving relative and dear friends.
Interment will follow at Restlawn Cemeteries, South, 3201 Moncrief Road, Jacksonville, FL 32208, with Honors by the Baker County Sheriff"s Office.
