Jean Simon Apervil, affectionately known as Jean‘O, was born on January 1, 1943 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to the proud parents of Casina Didieu and father. Jean was an amazing, venturous, hard-working, and loving man. He was also a goofball when it came down to being around family and friends. His passions were working to provide for his family, and of course, playing the lottery. He served as a Merchant Seaman/Longshoreman. Jean will be remembered by his caring heart and ambition to make sure everyone around him was taken care of. Jean leaves to cherish his memory: Loving wife, Brigitte Apervil; children: Jeano Apervil, Nairobi Apervil and babygirl, Alia Henderson; stepdaughters: Shona Henderson-Fossett (Jeremi), Tammy, and Bonita; stepson, Tommy; grandchildren: Ky‘Reon, Kevin Jr, Ke‘Moni, Na‘Reshia, Ny‘Reon, Gregory, Andrew, Kannaria, Daishia, Emarree, Virginia, Tanadya, MuMu; sisters-in-law: Alissa and Pamela; many other loved ones and dear friends.
