Elder Phyllis Ann Lane Mincey

Elder Phyllis Ann Lane Mincey passed away on August 2, 2022. A Victory Celebration of Life will be held on August 12, 2022, at 11:00AM, Friday, at her church, Philippian Community Church. There will be a one-hour viewing at 10:00AM, prior to the service. Elder Mincey is survived by her children, grandchildren, one great-grandchild, many other relatives and friends.
