Crystal Downey Plummer

Ms. Crystal Downey Plummer passed away on May 21, 2023. There will be  viewing in the chapel of the mortuary on Wednesday May 31, 2023, at 1:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life Service  at 2:00 PM. Ms. Plummer is survived by her loving family: son, Daniel Plummer, Jr.; father, Ricky Downey; grandmother, Betty Miller; sister-in-law, Melonie Tucker; nephews, Rickie Tucker and James Tucker; niece , Mya Tucker; uncles, Johnny Bryant, and Raymond  Downey(Thelma); aunts, Marion Downey, Rosalind Bethea (Larry), Deborah Boyd-Watkins (Walter), Ericka Bryant, and Shawn Sapp; significant other, Keith Summer; her extended Jacksonville, Florida family; and a host other loving relatives and dear friends.
