A Memorial Service, with Military Honors, for Mr. Anthony Charles Jackson, Sr. will he held at 11:00 AM, Friday , February 28, 2025, in chapel of the mortuary. Mr. Jackson passed away on February 18, 2025. Affectionately known to family and friends as "Tony". He grew up on the Eastside and he attended Matthew Gilbert High School. He was also a faithful member of Little Rock Baptist Church. After high school, Tony joined the United States Air Force and he was honorably discharged. After he returned from his military duties, Tony became a truck driver and he drove trucks for a number of companies until he retired.
Preceded in death by his parents, Helen Jackson and Anthony Jackson, and his aunt who raised him, Thelma Thompson, Mr. Jackson is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 40 years, Mrs. Harriett Jackson; sons: Anthony Jackson, Jr. and Daniel Gordon (Tanya); daughters: Patrice Bryant (Frantanzy) and Teresa Curtis; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Sandra Bridges, Cynthia Williams, Marilyn Williams (Anthony) and Marj McBride (Derick); brother, Arthur Jackson; aunt, Ethyl Mae Collier; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and friends; special friend, David Alvarado.
